Which categories and topic boards would everybody like to see ?
Marsia mentioned a topic for mental health/coping with stress and such. I think that would be useful.
I like the idea of having a communal space where we could just chat as well as having our own diaries. I thought of calling it The Lounge. It's not technically a chat room but more a common space. This feels like a community & is really taking shape. I'll put the kettle on. What does everyone think?
We could pin it so it stays at the top under General Discussion, maybe.
Would that fit in stress and relaxation as a thread ? or a sub board (like recipes is a sub board of nutrition)
Maybe in stress & relaxation, Tru. Do you think it would fit better there? I'll think about it some more before doing anything about it.
I think we're all so used to sticking to our diaries it may not take off but it might be good to have a place to invite people over to when we notice we're spamming someone's diary who has nothing to do with the topic.
I think I tried something like it before & we didn't know quite how to use it. Maybe we could put it in the diary section so it's only visible to logged in members?
I would love it if we had more time to edit our diary entries. Like 24 hours from original post would do it.
Actually, in looking at F.C, I had the ability to edit any of my own posts at any time. That would be ideal. I don't use it often, but in case I mess up on a pseudonym or just need to clean up spelling/grammar.
Very prosaic, but still: do you prefer it if we DM you about technical issues or should those have their own header where people can check if their issue has been solved for/by others already?
I also second a mental health section
