Im not sure if this is the best place for this but I thought I start one of these threads. I have been in the 190s club awhile so I thought id ask if anyone else is here too in the 190-199 range.. my weight is 195.7 and I hope I can reach the 180s club before Christmas.
I'm at exactly 190, so I am hoping to go to the 180s club this month. I'd like to get to the low 180s by Christmas. Do I get kicked out of the club once I reach the 180s? I never joined a thread like this.
Can't think of a better one.
I like to think of it as more of a breaking out, happy to leave. I started a 180s Club for you, hope to see you there soon. And Andrew for Christmas!
Hi Stuck, I am 188.5 this morning, so I will probably be going up and down a bit for a few days, so will join you here for a bit, probably. I feel like checking in with my body a few times a day has really helped. Hope you are going great with your health!
@Marsia Its actually good when someone graduates to a lower weight and joins a new club. it's great to see people move on to lower weights. hopefully I will see you in the 180 club if I ever get there.
@alligatorob I think you will be in the 170s club soon enough dont get too comfortable in the 180 club.

I would love to be your company but if I could jump clubs that fast id skip right over to the 120 lb club and throw you a rope.

I'd love a waterslide, but at 120, if I turned sideways, you would not see me anymore. I am nearly 5'9", so my ideal weight is around 160. Around 150, my face looks gaunt. So if you are making us a waterslide, it needs at least 2 tubes - one to 120, and one to 160! Can we have a lazy river, too for tubing?!

my weight was back to 197 today. a little heartbroken I lost that 195 but oh well.

I am back at 190.5, so joining you here again. When I get to a new low weight, I need to stabilize there for a week or so, and sometimes my weight goes back up a little. Don't panic, and just eat for maintaining the new low weight, and you'll get back down to it in a bit! I think of it as a preview of coming attractions!
Seeing the 195 again would make me so happy. Hopefully you will bounce back into the 180s soon enough. I love seeing people graduate to a lower weight club.

I can't be bothered to convert my weight on a regular basis but technically I'm at 194.7 lbs so this would be my club if I did...
Maybe future clubs could be in metric and US weights. That would get me more used to metric. I have to look it up all the time.

You're doing it! I don't think you'll be stuck in the 190s for long now that you are adding more nutrition into your diet!

weight this morning was 193.0 still. At least im maintaining. hopefully I will see 192 before the weekend is over. I have a feeling that as long as I dont gain this size jeans should fit me for at least a few months. I dont know what my weight has to be to fit in 32 waist. so I will just wait until I need a belt to hold these size 34 up.

ate fast food yesterday my weight went from 192 to 193. so frustrating.
You'll lose it quickly!
Fast food is so full of fat & salt usually but a couple of good days should do the trick.

Thanks Cate. I am not going to get too excited until I weigh myself over the next couple of days and see where it levels out.
Even if it;s just a preview of coming attractions like my new low weight often is, it means you can stabilize that weight very soon with some determination usually!!

:banghead: 191.6 almost 2 pounds gained.
Andrew, I just exercised so hard it's hard to lift my arms now, and you know what? I ate well and still gained 3 pounds. Your body will just retain water weight some days and others it will surprise you and drop weight for no apparent reason. I try to be stubborn on the long-term vision, but flexible on the short term fluctuations!
it may be muscle growth too if you are doing workouts until failure. muscle weighs more than fat. if it is that its a good thing since muscle helps burn more calories

191.4 today. stupid peanut butter raison toast made it jump. Cate told me it would jump so at least I got a heads up.
It's totally unfair that peanut butter is so fattening! I'm at exactly 190 today, so visiting you here. I had a lot of fruit juice for my cold, so it made my weight jump back up. I am going to keep drinking the juice though because it helps so much for getting better. I'll start on weight loss again when I make sure I'm over this cold.
@Marsia yeah it would definitely jump with all the sugar in the fruit juice. it should drop again in a few days. I hope you feel better colds are the worse.
my weight was 191.4 this morning. I think im in the same boat. have to wait a few days for it to drop back down,
190.6 today. so close to getting into the 180s. I feel like ive been in the 190s club forever.
191.7 grrrrr. must have been the breakfast sausages and the salt in them.
191.0 im happy that I ate a small amount of fries yet my weight didn't jump. I was sure the salt would affect it. been in this club way to long wish I could see the 180s. When I water fasted for 2 weeks my weight was down to about 187 but as soon as I started putting food back and eating regular the weight jumped back all the way to 207. Im doing it the right way now so id like to see 187 again eventually.

Thanks for stopping by Cate and Marsia. I was at 189 yesterday now it's 190.0 again. This is why I didn't jump over to the 180s club so soon. I think if I had waited a few more hours for my weigh in it might have been 189 again.
You're almost there!!! I am going back and forth, too, and just not recording, but tracking to try to keep the calories down. We'll probably both go to the 180s club together!!
