I'm at 183.9 today.  I was at 181.9 a while ago, but I wasn't eating from the flu and got weak feeling, so that was not a good measure.  I really expect a lot of fluctuation and just try for the trend to be downward.  I am not counting every calorie and being strict with my diet, so I will probably have a bit of fluctuation.

I am experiencing the fluctuation these past few days as well so I will just try to focus on the general trend of going down like you are doing. sorry you had the flue that sounds terrible. I hope it wasn't the stomach flu.

Thanks Andrew, no it was just a cough, sore throat, fatigue, that sort of thing.  It's getting better though!  I think it's good to sort of go with the flow and not worry about the ups and downs from day to day so much.  I normally can't lose weight while stressed, so I try to stay calm about the small weight gains.

My weight is 184.6. so up from what I was a few days ago. Im glad what you had was just a cough type thing. that's what I had also a few weeks ago. well I had a little bit of a stuffy nose too. Mine only lasted about 3 days and it was done. I did drink some orange juice each day for a bit of a boost of vitamin c. I have no idea if that helped at all.
