My family took out the chinese food to finish it today for lunch. already told them I had my fill yesterday and I will be having something else for lunch. maybe do the freeze thing next time.

144.6 lbs!!! Hopefully this is my highest weight till the end of this month. I gained a lot of weight this month instead of losing. So a little disappointed with myself. My birthday is on the end of next month and I would like to go under 140 lbs. But my eating at night sometimes is uncontrollable.

I feel you there. I tried not eating after a certain time of night but it hasn't been working too well. Its like im looking for something every 2 hours until I sleep. It didn't work for me but maybe it will work for you. Maybe find a cutoff point so youre basically fasting after a certain time at night. You could try snacking on low calorie items like a sliced up cucumber. I eat those instead of fries now.

  Don't be jealous, it always happens when I stop bingeing.  I think its a combination of the solids clearing from my system and reduced water retention due to fewer carbs.  Not real fat loss.  I am sure I will stabilize soon, if I am not already there.

Did not make my goal for this month. Hopefully November will be different. I have until Dec 7 to reach to my goal weight to fit into a dress that I ordered online. I do have a bigger size but I do want to reach my goal.

good luck with your goals. with over a month to reach your goal I think that's plenty of time to lose enough to drop a size.
