I tried not eating after a certain time of night but it hasn't been working too well. Its like im looking for something every 2 hours until I sleep. It didn't work for me but maybe it will work for you. Maybe find a cutoff point so youre basically fasting after a certain time at night. Don't be jealous, it always happens when I stop bingeing. I think its a combination of the solids clearing from my system and reduced water retention due to fewer carbs. Not real fat loss.
